Tul, a Bangkok hitman, is shot in the head during an assignment. After a two-month coma, he wakes up seeing everything upside down. He goes back to his job, but his new condition doesn't make things easy, and he starts doubting what he does for a living. When he meets a mysterious girl, his world is turned even more upside down.
