師承阿巴斯、年僅二十六歲的法巴夫的導演處女作。故事開始於一對夫婦的深夜爭吵，留下小男孩阿夏一人在家，清晨時分，卻傳來父母車禍身亡的噩耗，只好由以手語溝通的伯父母接他回德黑蘭。三人一車的靜默，大人該不該把死訊「說」給小孩知道？不倚賴語言、無聲勝有聲的公路電影，場面調度精彩，更有細膩人性的呈現。
In the wake of his parents’ disappearance, a young boy is placed in the care of his aunt and uncle, both of whom are profoundly deaf. To bring their nephew back to Tehran, the couple embarks on a road trip and engages in a silent debate about both the boy’s unknown future and their complicated, childless past.
